Information for Counselors

School counselors play an instrumental role in helping students choose the university that’s right for them. The following resources can help you and your students learn more about Rutgers University.

Counselors' Information Center

The Counselors' Information Center (CIC) gives you access to information about your students’ applications including education history, required items, and application status for all Rutgers schools they have applied to (each year by the second week in October). The CIC also allows you to manage your counselor profile and update contact information for your school. This restricted site requires a Rutgers CommunityID for login authentication purposes.

You can only be granted access to the Counselors' Information Center if you are employed by a high school with an assigned CEEB code.
